Porcupine Passage Cave

Description

The cave consists of an enlarged joint, about 5m high, running parallel to the cliff, with three perpendicular cracks running out to the cliff. Two low, narrow passages run into the mountain. It was in one of these, that Anthony met the porcupine which gave the cave its name. In two places, the major joint breaks through to form entrances in the ridge above the cave.

Location

This cave is located in a low cliff near Eensaamheid, at the western end of Clovelly Kop.
